Ok, so if we’re brutally honest with ourselves, we may have to admit that getting out of shape, takes hard work.You have to do a lot of the wrong things in the departments of eating and not moving.Incremental “allowances” have a cumulative effect. Those fries will hurt your waist-line, but when you don’t move much either, then those pounds find their way onto your hips….DOUBLE TIME!!
THANK GOODNESS, this principle works in our favor too. I spent years bouncing in and out of shape, because nothing stuck as a lifestyle.
