So now you've set off on your journey. You've decided to find that elixir, but it becomes obvious that you're going to need some kind of grey bearded dude to assist you, 'cos you don't have all the time in the world. This is kinda where I come into the picture, because I can teach you where to look. I can give you the steps. It's where you learn to "wax on, wax off"
PHASE 1 RESET
In this first phase, we will be priming a specific hormone in your body through diet and training. Each phase utilises a specific approach to reset a specific hormone. This is why you need to revel in each phase, which lasts for 30 days. The first phase resets your insulin sensitivity, which is where your spare tire is won or lost.
In the second phase, we will be celebrating the drastic changes that our bodies are undergoing. This is the time to up the tempo and capitalize on the momentum gained. We make small caloric adjustments and up the tempo of your workouts, stocking the furnace that is your metabolism. We have re-set your Insulin sensitivity and are re-introducing some carbs. During this phase, you increase testosterone, lower oestrogen and lose fat...

By the time you reach this phase, you should have lost a good amount of fat. You are starting to look better in your clothes. You have lost the fat and started to gain muscle. Don't worry, you won't suddenly start looking bulky and huge. This is where you actually get stronger whilst maintaining your lean body. We do this, by focusing on two new hormones, namely GH (Growth Hormone) and cortisol.
