Thorfit caters to the 40Plus Silverbacks and Silver Vixens. If your clients are looking for nutritional advice, or are looking for a serious health re-set, we know that we can help. We take the needs of the 40plus into account. After an interview, we will design a complete 90-day program for them. This will include working out their caloric requirements, nutritional advice, training programs (if required, but not essential) as well as addressing lifestyle habits, with an eye on reducing stress (cortisol production)

Our course offering is disseminated through YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER. The curriculum of the course is sent to the coaches, who then send the program to their clients. In this way, the trainer gets the credit and the gym wins. One-on-one coaching, directly from Thorsten is also available. We work on a referral system and offer financial incentives to trainers and health care professionals.
The book is disseminated in weekly intervals and serves as an educational tool on the 3 month journey. This is a roadmap to re-setting the clock on father time. By following the 4F’s of extreme health and fitness, you are creating habits, which will ensure that your body and mind are aligned. The needs of the over 40 crowd are different and this resource will become your guide to thriving at any age.
This App is free to download when you have the book. Receive DAILY WORKOUT PLANS . We send you SAMPLE DIETS and HABIT TRACKERS. The best way to stay accountable is to track your progress. You can choose be coached by Thorsten personally, or become part of the community of 40plus men and women who are re-discovering their hero selves again. This is not a computer program. It's a medium though which your customised program is communicated. - Your coach in your pocket. Always on call.
Discuss your progress with other like-minded people from across the world. This forum is a source of motivation and support. Book your session online, join the discussions and voice your questions. Self improvement is a never ending process and you don’t have to do this alone. These sessions can be conducted in specific groups, with the referring trainer being in attendance.
When you sign up for the program, you will be guided through the 90 day curriculum by Thorsten. Your Calorie requirements, training programs, food menu's and other lifestyle adjustments will be specifically designed for your needs.
