HOW TO INTERMITTENTLY FAST

I prefer a 16/8 regime. This means that I eat from 1 pm and have my last meal at around 9 pm.

We’re so used to feeding the moment that we wake up. Please try to take a step back from this old habit. It’s good for the mind, and believe me… you’re going to be just fine.

8–12 oz. brewed coffee
1 tsp. — 2 Tbsp. MCT Oil
1–2 Tbsp. grass-fed, unsalted butter
