HOW TO INTERMITTENTLY FAST

So I’ve addressed the method behind the madness. (Why we want you to fast) 

CHOOSE YOUR EATING WINDOW. 

I prefer a 16/8 regime. This means that I eat from 1 pm and have my last meal at around 9 pm.

If you’re nervous that you will run out of energy, you’re welcome to make yourself a BULLETPROOF COFFEE. (See below recipe) 

We’re so used to feeding the moment that we wake up. Please try to take a step back from this old habit. It’s good for the mind, and believe me… you’re going to be just fine. 

Recipe Suggestion

Keto Coffee with Collagen.

Here’s what makes this drink so great:
Prebiotics nourish your good gut bacteria
Collagen Protein supports healthy skin, bones and joints
Quality fats from MCT oil keep you full and focused and energised
Oh, and you still get to enjoy that delicious coffee flavor. Prebiotics and Collagen Proteins are flavorless and mix easily in pretty much anything. Check out the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS:
8–12 oz. brewed coffee
1 tsp. — 2 Tbsp. MCT Oil
1–2 Tbsp. grass-fed, unsalted butter
1–2 scoops Collagen Protein

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy the whole-body goodness.
Serves: 1
